The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our romantic escape a pleasant experience. The breakfast had a good variety of offerings and we particularly enjoyed the freshly made pastries. the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and accessing nearby restaurants and shops.
The room felt a bit outdated and could have used some modernization. The shower pressure was low and the water temperature fluctuated frequently, making for an uncomfortable shower experience.

Convenient location, just a 20-minute walk from downtown. 🚶♂️. We were able to enjoy some treats and coffee at Hansel y Gretel, which was conveniently located nearby in this area.

The hotel had a great location near a park and shopping mall, making it convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful in accommodating guests' requests. the room was comfortable and had basic amenities like a bed and bathroom.
The breakfast was very basic and unsatisfying, offering only overcooked eggs, ham, and cheese.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff were really nice and helped me with all my problems. The location was excellent as it was next to a big shopping mall and restaurants. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the perfect Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. Lastly, the breakfast was first-rate and staff were helpful.
Not one thing was negative about this hotel, it was a fantastic stay.

The room had all the basics for a comfortable stay, and the staff were friendly. the location was great for shopping and there was a huge park nearby. It was a good value for the money.
My Christmas stay was not very pleasant. the hotel felt sterile and abandoned, and the breakfast made me sick.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, from the front desk to the taxi drivers. The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful park and shopping mall. The facilities were excellent with a comfortable bed, spacious shower, and reliable wifi. The price was surprisingly affordable and even included breakfast.
